Grant Allsopp – Director of TAS Consulting Group
Grant’s 20 year experience has included providing audit and consultancy services, including due diligence and business reviews, to a range of industries, with particular interest in the retail hospitality sectors.
Grant’s experience and skills include providing audit and consultancy services to entities in a range of industries. He has a keen interest in providing support to mergers and acquisitions with recent experience in public company takeovers, purchaser due diligence, vendor due diligence and contract support.
Grant qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1999 and is the former Chairman of Walker Wayland Australasia Limited.
Amanda Kenafake – Director
Amanda has over 20 years experience working with businesses and is described as an innovative, dynamic and highly energetic business facilitator with a proven ability to identify and capitalise on business opportunities. Amanda has experience in helping clients across many industries including legal, financial, retail, primary production, service industries. Amanda has passion for innovation and has proven ability to improve processes and people by promoting best practice procedures.
Amanda is CPA qualified and holds a Diploma in Financial Planning and is a Graduate of Australian Institute of Company Directors. She is currently a Food Leaders Australia Advisory Board Member and USQ Business School Advisory Board Member.
Shaun Reeves
A chartered accountant and founding Director at SRJ Accounting in Brisbane, Shaun is a skilled, experienced and passionate facilitator and mentor to small and medium enterprises. His focus is to work with clients across south-east Queensland to create realistic action plans designed to bring about achievable and measurable business success.
Shaun graduated from the University of Queensland in 1986 with a Bachelor of Commerce degree. He added to his qualifications in 1995 with a Bachelor of Law degree from the Queensland University of Technology. He has been a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants since 1992 and today is a Fellow of the Institute.
Shaun is an Accredited Facilitator with business training organisation Mindshop International. He is Executive Director, Australia, of professional accounting group Walker Wayland Australasia.
