These financial models consists of three way forecasts (profit and loss, cash flow and balance sheet), that are linked to your strategic plan.  We construct these models so that your financial team can continue to use these forecasts as part of their operations.


Valuations
We are able to provide independent expert business valuations for a range of requirements. Be it for a valuation of your own business for divestment purposes, valuation of a takeover target, or expert valuation for listed entities or legal proceedings, we have the ability and licensing to perform them.

Warranty and Indemnity Insurance
Through our relationships with and external underwriter, we are able to source Warranty and indemnity (W&I) insurance.  This insurance provides cover for losses arising from a breach of a warranty and claims under a tax and other indemnities in connection with a corporate merger or acquisition (M&A) transaction.

Through our experience we have been able negotiate positive outcomes for both the vendors and the purchasers through the inclusion of a W&I policy in the transaction. For the sellers we have been able to negotiate quicker access to escrowed balances whilst for buys we have been able to reduce the exposure to the risks associated with collecting a warranty claim.

There are many reasons why listing on a stock exchange can be a valid option for privately owned and foreign entities.
